In Cuba we have a great variety of rhythm, a lot of different kind of rhythm. And I believe those rhythm make influences in the whole music scenes in the last years. Because the rhythm are strong, very contagious you know, a lot of rhythm move you. They – they give you it’s like an inspiration to see those musicians playing those kind of things.

A lot of energy, a lot of good vibe came out of the fans. And it’s exactly what people need because it’s a lot of bad news, every time you put the television or something, oh my goodness it’s more horrible news than good news unfortunately. And the people are really hungry for something to inspire them, to give them an incentive to still enjoying being alive, you know. And that is a great contribution, those kind of rhythm because the rhythm are happy.  Make people happy, they – they’re positive kind of way of thinking, it’s a positive thing, and that’s always motivate people when you see something you really – you see people enjoying what they’re doing with a positive mentality with something there’s a lot of joy.

And that’s what happened with the rhythm beside the complexity of the rhythm, you know the pattern of the rhythm the people who doesn’t grow with that in the blood they have to study that. It’s nothing you’re going to say oh okay, get that and play. No, it’s not that easy, no, no, no. You have to spend some time and learn and study and pay attention and be very careful how you study that.
